    On October 21st, from 8:00 PM to 1:00 PM, the South lane of Columbia Street will be closed for around 1000 ft beginning at the intersection of 9th and Columbia and ending 300 ft beyond the intersection of 7th ST and Columbia.  The street will be closed to accommodate a concrete pump truck for an elevated pour.  Once the pour is complete, the lane will be opened back up.  Traffic cones will be used to merge the lanes, as well as a barricade, and a flashing arrow board will be placed at the Southwest corner of 9th ST and Columbia.

Myers Bridge, Depot Parking Lot, and city sidewalks.  Event attendance is expected to be near 250 persons.  Traffic control barricades will be set up.
