Special Event - Salvation Army Candy Cruise

On October 29, the Salvation Army will be hosting their Candy Cruise with Phoenix Recovery. This event will close 12th St between Union and Salem for the appointed hours, and will mainly take place in the Salvation Army parking lot at 1110 Union St - road closure is for pedestrian safety.
